Originally from Connecticut, Jeff relocated to NH in 1999 to attend college. Jeff is a 2003 graduate of the University of NH where he studied business management and horticulture. Today Jeff resides in Greenland, NH with his wife Katelynne, 9-year-old son Rhett, 5-year-old daughter Paige, and dogs Gus, Frank and Chuy. Jeff is an avid beach goer, an auto racing/motorsports enthusiast and enjoys spending time outdoors locally here on the NH Seacoast and especially traveling across New England in the family RV!

A native of Rye, NH, Holly has spent over 50 years living and working in the Seacoast, giving her an unparalleled connection to the area and a deep appreciation for everything it has to offer. After earning her degree from Syracuse University, Holly launched a successful career in IT Project Management, where she specialized in major office relocations and ensuring seamless technology transitions.

In 2015, Holly shifted her focus to real estate, becoming a licensed Realtor® in both Maine and New Hampshire. She quickly established herself as a top performer, and in 2024, she advanced her license to Associate Broker. Now, in 2025, we are honored to welcome her as a partner at the Levine Group!
